Responsibility            President

                                       Single point responsibility for all decisions both design and financial of the entire Design/Build team.  Responsible for development of GMP and management and coordination with the Owner’s Representative.

 

Qualifications               Twenty-five years experience in all aspects of Construction.  Management experience in supervision, staffing, budgeting, scheduling and estimating.

 

Recent Selected Projects        

 

                                       Lamb Weston, American Falls, Idaho (2000) Responsible as Project Manager for supervision including design and engineering, scheduling, costs and budgets for the demolition and reconstruction of a 20,000 SF potato processing plant.

 

                                       Crystal Ice and Cold Storage, San Antonio, TX (2000) Responsible as Senior Project Manager for supervision including design/engineering, scheduling, costs and budgets for a 80,000 SF cold storage plant.

 

                                       Terminal Freezers, Oxnard California (2000)  Responsible as Senior Project Manager for supervision including scheduling costs and budgets for a 75,000 SF cold storage plant.

 

Lamb Weston, Taber, Alberta, Canada (1999) Responsible for project supervision including design and engineering, schedule, costs and budgets.  Project completed under extreme schedule constraints to become operational in less than one year.  400,000 SF Cold Storage, Freezer and Potato Processing facility completed on schedule and on budget.

 

Twin City Foods, Pasco, WA. (1998) Responsible for the overall design, project management, coordination, schedule and GMP, of a  200,000 sq. ft. processing and freezer facility.  Overall Project Schedule 11 months from start of design to project start up. Committed to a six month design and construction schedule for the facility shell.

 

Twin City Foods, Stanwood, WA. (1997) Responsible for the overall project schedule, costs and negotiation for the rebuild of the 200,000 sq. ft. processing facility after the disastrous fire.  Committed to a four month design/construction schedule for the 65,000 sq. ft. portion of the facility. 


 

National Frozen Foods, Moses Lake WA. (1997) Responsible for the overall project design, schedule, costs and negotiation of a 70,000 sq. ft. processing facility. Committed to a six month design/construction schedule for the facility, with construction starting December 26, 1996 allowing equipment installation to occur in time for processing of peas in May 1997.

 

Commercial Cold Storage, Mount Vernon, WA. (1994) Responsible for the overall project design, schedule, costs and negotiation of a 44,000 sq. ft. new processing and cold storage facility.

 

J. R. Simplot, Quincy, WA. (1990) Responsible for the overall project design, schedule, costs, negotiation for the build of a 225,000 sq. ft.  vegetable and processing facility.

 

Columbia Colstor, Inc., Quincy, Wa (1990) Responsible for the overall project design, schedule, costs, negotiation for the construction of a 175,000 SF cold storage plant.  Design/construction schedule of four months.
