Burlington, WA Burlington Horizon Bank, located in a rapidly growing section of Skagit County is the first of two branch banks that Fisher & Sons has built for Horizon Bank of Bellingham, WA. This 4,000-square-foot, one-and-one-half story branch accommodates five tellers and include two drive-up lanes. The branch utilized a "design vocabulary" that Fisher & Sons Architects created for Horizon Bank, which dictated extensive use of brick and dryvit, a skylight that runs the full length of the lobby, and a lobby with a steel frame awning and interior slate flooring. Additional design features include landscaped courtyards, which were designed and constructed for future expansion purposes, as well as a rounded exterior wall stairwell for second floor access. Both branches have been built on schedule and within budget. |
